Cerrado Alfaresolver - Proxytool

Hi, I'm trying to make English channels unfortunately I can not decode alfaresolver and proxytool. I tried through this site "Base64 Decode and Encode - Online" but it does not work. Would you be so kind as to show me another solution?
I am a foreigner but my girlfriend is Spanish and we use Alfa-addon a lot. It would be great to be able to contribute and be able to insert the English channels I'm creating. Thanks for the help in advance

So does this mean that if I want to contribute or make changes to make it more personal this is not possible if they involve these 2 files?
